I took my golden retriever to get groomed, and I have to say, I was thoroughly impressed! The staff were incredibly friendly and made my pup feel right at home. They offered a range of grooming options, and I opted for a full wash and trim. The results were fantastic! My dog came out looking fluffy and adorable, and I could tell he enjoyed the experience, which is rare for him. They even took the time to give me tips on how to maintain his coat at home, which I really appreciated. The only minor issue was that the wait time was a bit longer than expected, but I could see that they were busy with other pets and doing their best. Overall, a great experience, and I will definitely be returning for my next grooming session!

This is hands down the best grooming experience I’ve had for my two cats. It's not easy to groom cats, as they can be quite difficult, but the staff here seemed to understand just how to handle them gently. They were patient and took their time, which made a huge difference. The environment was clean and calming, which helped my kitties feel more relaxed. The groomers also gave me some helpful advice on brushing and maintaining their fur, which I've found really useful. My only suggestion would be for them to have a clearer pricing structure available in the lobby, as I wasn't sure about the costs until I got to the checkout. But besides that, I would definitely recommend this place to any cat owner!

I can't say enough good things about the grooming services here! I brought my shih tzu in for a puppy cut, and the results were phenomenal. The staff was incredibly attentive, and they even sent me updates during the grooming session, which I thought was such a nice touch. My dog seemed so happy when I picked him up! The only thing I would mention is that it would be great to have a more comfortable seating area for waiting pet parents. Other than that, fantastic service!

I've been bringing my lab mix here for grooming for a few months now, and I’m really pleased with the care and professionalism of the staff. They take their time to ensure he's comfortable and well-groomed. I love how they always listen to my concerns and preferences about his grooming style. The only downside I've noticed is that it can get quite busy at times, so booking an appointment in advance is a must. Still, it’s worth it for the quality of service they provide. Highly recommend this place for pet grooming!

Absolutely loved the service here! I brought in my little Pomeranian for a bath and nail clipping, and the team did an amazing job. The groomers were so gentle and caring, and my dog came out looking like a superstar. They also have a nice selection of pet products for sale. Highly recommend!
